S660 Platform Terms & Conditions of Use

This document outlines the terms and rules governing the use of the s660 platform. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. By accessing this platform, you agree to be bound by all terms set out herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the s660 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.

These Terms apply to all users of the s660 platform, including visitors, registered users, and any party interacting with our services in any capacity. Continued use of the platform after any changes to the Terms are published will be deemed acceptance of those changes.

The s660 platform is only available to individuals aged 18 and above. By registering an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement.

2. Account Creation, Security and User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one active account on the s660 platform. Registering multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any unclaimed balances or winnings.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. s660 reserves the right to request identity verification at any time and may temporarily suspend an account while verification is being carried out. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate account closure.

Password Security

You are solely responsible for the security of your account login credentials, including your username and password. Do not share your login details with anyone. s660 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access caused by your own negligence.

If you suspect your account has been compromised or that unauthorised access has occurred, please contact our support team immediately at [email protected] for prompt action, including temporary account freezing while an investigation is conducted.

3. Payment Information, Deposits and Transactions

All financial transactions on the s660 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). You are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is in your own name. The use of third-party payment methods without explicit authorisation is prohibited and may result in account freezing and the return of funds to their original source.

S660 supports a range of local deposit methods commonly used in Malaysia. Processing times vary depending on the method chosen — some deposits are processed instantly while others may take up to a few business hours. Withdrawals will be processed within the timeframe set by the platform and are subject to successful identity verification.

Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits are subject to change from time to time. Current limits can be viewed in your account section after logging in. s660 is not responsible for any charges or fees imposed by your bank or payment service provider during transaction processing.

  • All deposits are subject to successful account verification before funds can be used.
  • Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or payment method used for the original deposit.
  • S660 reserves the right to hold withdrawals while an investigation into suspicious activity is ongoing.
  • Transactions confirmed as fraudulent will be reported to the relevant authorities.

4. Platform Usage Rules and Account Policies

Prohibited Activities

Users are prohibited from using the s660 platform for any activity that violates Malaysian law or applicable international law. This includes, but is not limited to, fraud, money laundering, game manipulation, and the use of automated software or bots to access or interact with the platform.

Any attempt to exploit system vulnerabilities, hack other users' accounts, or disrupt the normal operations of the s660 platform is a serious offence that may result in legal action and immediate account closure.

Account Suspension and Closure

S660 reserves the right to suspend or close any account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms & Conditions. Suspended accounts will be unable to make deposits or withdrawals until the investigation is concluded.

Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of these Terms are not entitled to reclaim any bonuses or promotional credits that have not yet met their rollover requirements. Any real money balance (excluding bonus credits) will be returned once the investigation is complete, provided no fraud is confirmed.

5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property and Governing Law

Limitation of Liability

The s660 platform is provided "as is" without any implied or express warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for a particular purpose. s660 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses incurred by users arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including losses due to technical disruptions, system downtime, or inaccurate information.

Intellectual Property

All content on the s660 platform — including text, graphics, logos, user interfaces, and software code — is the property of s660 or its licensed third parties. You may not copy, redistribute, modify, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written permission from s660.

The s660 platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only and do not imply that s660 endorses or is responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites.
